Trained over 10,000 individuals in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence virtual school, completing over 40 cohorts.
Delivered free data resources and training via my website at EverythingonData (www.everythingondata.com), with more than 400,000 Global platform users and more than 158,000 registered users accessing free data resources.
Founded the EverythingonData Community- an offshoot of the Data Analysis and Business Intelligence virtual school and an inclusive platform with over 500 data-skilled members who are continually exposed to emerging technologies and connected to job opportunities.
As a Senior Technology Strategist at Microsoft (Virtual CTO and trusted advisor), I supported over 20 CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders in achieving their digital transformation goals across Data and AI.
Led digital transformation for a full-fledged retail bank in Nigeria, driving adoption of modern technologies, business process innovation, and strategic data initiatives.
Led data insights and analytics strategies that helped reverse the trajectory of a loss-making bank branch, resulting in 30%+ growth in channels and cards, and 100%+ growth in risk asset enrollment and transaction volumes.
Developed the first blueprint that led to the establishment of Sterling Bank’s Enterprise Data Office.
Inaugurated a Technology Faculty within the IT team at Sterling Bank called SBIT Faculty, delivering transformation initiatives, digital tool adoption, and showcasing emerging tech to business units.

My Passion for Women Empowerment runs deep within

I believe in the power of technology changing the world positively and I envision more women taking on tech driven roles. I founded WOGEPEEF (Women Global Education and Poverty Empowerment Foundation), and it is also worthy to note that WOGEPEEF has helped over 500+ women belonging to its community accelerate and re-imagine themselves around tech-driven hands-on trainings to include Data Analytics, Power Platform, Blockchain at no cost.
